ZOE Advocates

Orphans in need with people who care.
We are ZOE.

ZOE advocates are volunteers who champion the  ZOE movement to transform the lives of orphans and vulnerable children through empowerment.  We are committed to:

  • Helping more children by sharing the opportunity to become a ZOE Partner.
  • Networking with other ZOE Advocates.
  • Being equipped with tools and ideas to share ZOE’s partnership program.
  • Praying for the ministry and staying informed through the blog, e-mails, and meetings.
  • Creating awareness through personal sharing and group events.
  • Experiencing the work firsthand through travel to ZOE empowerment locations.

If you have questions, please contact Tina Schmidt at tina@zoehelps.org.

someone to hold my hand. Then God gave me ZOE.”

ZOE Advocate FAQs

What are ZOE Advocates?

ZOE Advocates are a network of volunteers who are committed to making an ongoing investment of time and energy on behalf of the world’s most vulnerable children so that every child will have choices and resources to reach their God-given potential.

We do this by offering others in our personal network the opportunity to personally respond and connect to the needs of the world’s most vulnerable children.

We believe that ZOE partnerships are a mutually transforming experience for both the financial partner and the ZOE group of children who directly benefit.

How do Advocates use the partnership program to build connections?

There are so many ways for someone to connect with a group of ZOE children.  ZOE advocates can schedule coffee with friends, host dinner parties, plan events at their church and so much more. With three ways to become a ZOE partner, there is a giving level for everyone. It only takes 20 individuals from anywhere in the world giving $35/month to empower an entire group of ZOE orphans to move beyond charity. Don’t worry, we will give you tons of ideas when you get started.

How much time does this take?

The average ZOE Advocate spends about 1-2 hours a week, including the time spent learning and preparing to talk about partnership. Being an advocate does require some time training, learning and networking with other advocates but once you have the basics being an Advocate can be integrated into your daily life.
